If you have been trying to log in to eGSISMO lately, stop — the portal is gone. GSIS discontinued the eGSISMO web portal (egsismo.gsis.gov.ph) on October 4, 2024, and decommissioned the GW@PS kiosks in the same shift to digital.
What replaced it
Everything members used to do on eGSISMO now lives in the GSIS Touch mobile app, which absorbed eGSISMO, the GTAP guide, and APIR into a single app:
- View your membership profile and service record
- Check contributions and loan balances
- Run tentative computations for loans and claims
- Apply for loans and monitor their status
- Schedule your APIR (for pensioners)
By 2025, GSIS reported about 91% of members were already enrolled in GSIS Touch.
What you should do
- Download GSIS Touch from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Register using your BP number and the mobile number GSIS has on file — your one-time PIN (OTP) is sent there.
- If your mobile number has changed, update it first through your agency’s Agency Authorized Officer (AAO) or at a GSIS branch, then register.
If you cannot use the app
You can still transact at any GSIS branch, and the GSIS Contact Center (8847-4747) can guide you through registration problems. Pensioners abroad can coordinate APIR through their handling branch by email.
