The absolute maximum is ₱5,000,000. MPL Flex consolidates your existing GSIS loans, except housing loans. Repayment terms go up to 15 years depending on your PPP.
Who can apply
- Active or special GSIS member
- At least 1 month of premium payments
- Not on leave without pay
- No pending administrative or criminal case
- Net take-home pay of at least ₱5,000 after deductions

GSIS Policy Loan (for life insurance policyholders)
If you have been insured under a GSIS life insurance policy for at least 1 year, you may borrow against it: up to 70% of the termination value for an Enhanced Life Policy (ELP), or up to 50% of the cash surrender value for a Life Endowment Policy (LEP). Interest is 8% per year, compounded annually. The loan automatically matures when you retire, separate from service, become permanently disabled, or pass away.
