The short answer: eGSISMO no longer exists. GSIS discontinued the eGSISMO online portal on October 4, 2024. The old login page at egsismo.gsis.gov.ph is dead — do not enter your BP number and password anywhere that claims to be “eGSISMO.” Everything it did has moved to the GSIS Touch mobile app.
What eGSISMO was
eGSISMO (Electronic GSIS Member Online) launched in 2015 as GSIS’s web portal. Members logged in with their BP number to view their membership profile, service record, loans, claims, and a tentative computation of benefits. Its last software version was dated December 6, 2023 — updates had already stopped almost a year before GSIS formally shut it down.
What replaced eGSISMO
GSIS Touch, the official GSIS mobile app (launched 2020), absorbed eGSISMO, the GTAP guide, and APIR into one app. The GW@PS kiosks were retired in the same shift. By 2025, GSIS reported about 91% of members enrolled in GSIS Touch.

How to register for GSIS Touch
- Download GSIS Touch from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store (publisher: GSIS).
- Open the app and register with your BP number and the mobile number GSIS has on file.
- Enter the one-time PIN (OTP) sent to that number.
- If your mobile number has changed, update it first through your agency’s Agency Authorized Officer (AAO) or at any GSIS branch — the OTP cannot reach an old number.

Stay safe: fake “eGSISMO login” pages
Because millions of members remember the eGSISMO name, scam pages copy it to harvest BP numbers and passwords. Protect yourself: GSIS services today are the GSIS Touch app, gsis.gov.ph, and GSIS branches — there is no eGSISMO website login anymore. Never type your GSIS password into a page that calls itself eGSISMO, and never share an OTP. This site will never ask for your BP number or password.
