Need to reach GSIS about your pension, loan, or membership record? These are the official GSIS contact channels. GSIS Portal is an unofficial guide — the numbers below are GSIS’s own, published for members and pensioners.
GSIS hotline numbers
| How you are calling | Number |
|---|---|
| Metro Manila landline / any phone | (02) 8847-4747 |
| Globe or TM (toll-free) | 1-800-8-847-4747 |
| Smart, Sun, or TNT (toll-free) | 1-800-10-847-4747 |
The GSIS Contact Center number is easy to remember: 8847 spells GSIS on a phone keypad (4=G, 7=S, 4=I, 7=S). Save it in your phone as “GSIS Hotline.”
GSIS email and online channels
- Email: gsiscares@gsis.gov.ph
- Official website: gsis.gov.ph (branch locator, advisories, downloadable forms)
- GSIS Touch app: records, loan status, tentative computations, and APIR scheduling — the fastest route for most member transactions
- Official Facebook page: @gsis.ph (announcements and advisories)
What the GSIS hotline can help with
- Membership record and contributions questions
- Loan status, balances, and application follow-ups
- Pension inquiries and APIR (Annual Pensioners’ Information Revalidation) scheduling
- GSIS Touch registration and account problems
- Lost UMID/eCard and claims follow-ups
Before you call
- Have your BP number ready — the agent will ask for it to pull up your record. It is printed on your UMID card.
- Call from the mobile number registered with GSIS if your concern involves verification codes.
- Stay safe: GSIS will never ask for your password or a one-time PIN (OTP) to “process” anything. Anyone who does is a scammer — hang up. This website will never ask for them either.
If you cannot get through
Hotline lines get busy around pension release dates and loan program launches. Try the GSIS Touch app for records and loan status, email gsiscares@gsis.gov.ph for non-urgent concerns, or visit your nearest GSIS branch — the branch locator is on gsis.gov.ph.
