GSIS Touch is now the main online channel — eGSISMO and GW@PS kiosks retired
October 2024
GSIS discontinued the eGSISMO web portal (egsismo.gsis.gov.ph) on October 4, 2024, and decommissioned the GW@PS kiosks as well. Everything members used to do on eGSISMO — viewing records, checking loans, tentative computations, APIR scheduling — moved into the GSIS Touch mobile app, which absorbed eGSISMO, GTAP, and APIR into one app. By 2025, GSIS reported about 91% of members enrolled in GSIS Touch. If you still have an old eGSISMO guide or bookmark, it no longer works — use GSIS Touch instead.
MPL Flex: the flagship GSIS loan program
Program summary
The Multi-Purpose Loan Flex (MPL Flex) is GSIS’s flagship loan. Members can borrow up to 14× their Basic Monthly Salary (capped at ₱5,000,000), at 6% interest per year, with terms of up to 15 years depending on their Period with Paid Premiums (PPP).
